What to Expect
Participants will have the opportunity to visit a fund house, a multinational financial services company, and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), where they will meet with experienced financial professionals and gain valuable insights into the industry. In addition, participants will attend knowledge workshops that cover important concepts related to total financial solutions and career planning. Through these activities, participants will gain practical knowledge and skills, and build their professional network in one of the world's most dynamic financial centers.
Program Fee
There is no application fee for the program. However, participants are responsible for their own travel expenses, including airfare, accommodation, and meals. Participants must provide proof of payment for accommodation (¥500 / night) and administration fee (¥200) in order to confirm their place in the program.

Terms and Conditions

Visa: Participants are responsible for obtaining the necessary visas and travel documents to enter Hong Kong and return to their own country. Participants are advised to check the visa requirements and processing times well in advance of the program and to apply for their visa as soon as possible to avoid any delays or complications.
Program consumption: This program is free of charge. However, participants are responsible for covering their own expenses related to accommodation, transportation within Hong Kong, transportation to and from Zhuhai, meals, travel insurance, and other personal consumption. We will collect a total estimated fee of ¥1,200 from each participant for booking 2-night accommodation (¥1,000) and administration fee (¥200) for the participants on or before June 1, 2024. Payment details will be provided to participants upon completion of the personal information form. All fees paid for the program are non-refundable.
Program schedule: The program is tentatively scheduled for June 7-9. The schedule is subject to change, and participants will be notified of any updates.
Code of conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the program. Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in immediate dismissal from the program.
Liability: The program organizers and facilitators are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property during the program, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Participants are required to obtain their own travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events that may occur during the program, such as medical emergencies or travel disruptions. It is the responsibility of each participant to purchase their own travel insurance prior to the program.
Medical conditions: Participants with pre-existing medical conditions or disabilities are responsible for disclosing their conditions and any special requirements to the program organizers prior to the program. The program organizers will do their best to accommodate any special needs, but cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.
Photography and videography: The program organizers may take photographs and/or videos during the program for promotional purposes. By participating in the program, participants grant the program organizers permission to use their likeness in any promotional materials.
Intellectual property: Any materials or resources provided during the program, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and other materials, are the intellectual property of the program organizers and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
Changes and cancellations: The program organizers reserve the right to make changes or cancel the program at any time, in which case participants will be notified.
Weather conditions: The program organizers will make every effort to ensure that the program proceeds as scheduled. However, in the event of extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseeable circumstances that may affect the safety or feasibility of the program, the program organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify the program itinerary. Participants will be notified as soon as possible in the event of any changes or cancellations due to weather conditions.
Acceptance of terms: By submitting the personal information form and/or paying for accommodation and administration fee for the program, participants acknowledge that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

The collected information may be shared with third-party service providers for the purpose of booking accommodation and arranging transportation.
